Serena Peta Carli is the Founder and Owner of Just Simply Outsourcing Worldwide (JSOW), an Internet Marketing company that specializes in Website Development, Search Engine Optimization, Graphics and Design and Content Writing. Aside from it being a business, JSO seeks to impart knowledge and skills of the World Wide Web (www) to her growing clients here and abroad.

Driven with passion and hard work, not to mention without any formal University background, she takes everything she knows and does by experience, and in her life, experience has been in abundance. Being a passionate Aries who love to put their hands at any type of work to encompass the knowledge and move to the next challenge, she has taken on and worked with a variety of businessmen, entrepreneurs and the like for years. Serena aims to take the business realm with blazing dedication and a "won't take a NO for an answer" attitude. Clients and colleagues are amazed with her Gusto and Energy to bring out the best in everything, thus making her easy to work it. Also the attitude of finding a solution to any problem, putting focus on finding ways, options and methods to solve any variety of problems. Her motto is - focusing on the solution brings much quicker results.

Due to frustration in dealing with negativity from all sorts of people constantly in her life, she opted to rediscover her inner self, and improve on it with the help of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and discover, she did. Serena has worked her way back up and reignited her innate self. With more than eleven years of experience of working for someone else prior, and many year of always working for others, she learned the tricks of the trade, and adding her own creative individual thinking, created a much broader perspective and experience applied generously with her business strategies.

Professionalism is what sets her apart from the rest and keeping abreast with the needs of the clients is what makes her easy to work with. An independent by heart, she seeks to empower the workplace, her workforce and her clients through personal conversations and socializations. She prefers working in close proximity with people for she believes that establishing rapport makes all the difference, and knowing the real you, can help make better and genuine decisions.

Serena works independently and with an open mind, believing that being and acting different, not doing things like how everybody else does it, is the right way to go, as long as you do everything for the right reason, and with good intent. To learn the secrets of the trade and empower herself with what and how internet marketing works, she began attending workshops that would soon help her find her way into a maze. Meeting Rica and Juan, the exuberant couple from the wonderful country of the Philippines, and learning of a potential niche in the Industry, she began studying how to penetrate the market and introduce outsourcing to others.

Across the globe, she began with just a handful of people from the Philippines to work with. Due to the lack of experience and understanding about outsourcing, this played its role in making her decide to pack her bags and fly over to the Philippines in order to work with them closely.

Back then, all she wanted was to have and operate her own outsourcing team for her company in Australia. However, her life took a turn when she decided to open her own Outsourcing Company and Just Simply Outsourcing (JSO) was born. Providing more than business outsourcing, she wanted to bridge the gap of having a good, fast customer service and the most efficient communication between and amongst clients abroad.

With JSO born, now called JSOW, fully operational in the Davao City, Philippines and in partnership with an up and coming Filipino entrepreneur, Nate, she believes that she is on the right track. She further exemplifies the expansion plans of an all comprehensive, Internet based skill intensive Training School nestled in the booming City of Davao. This center will provide all the necessary training and workshops that tackle major Web based operations such as SEO, SEM, Web Development and Maintenance as well. By doing so, this will boost the areas workforce in knowledge and skill, as well as help others understand how vital it is for businesses and the ability to have an edge over competition.

It is of no contest that Serena loves a challenge and she sees JSOW as one of her biggest life challenges. She had already created a company in Australia, but not to the same extent as JSOW which now has a fully operational office and over a staff of 40. Her entourage includes 3 companies, 2 in Australia (1 being Just Simply Apps, in partnership with Roslyn Chalwell) and 1 in the Philippines - JSOW, and one JV partnership in Australia for local businesses, and lastly, 3 small companies in Bali, Indonesia which she helped set up to give growth for the Balinese, enriching and improving their lives in more ways than one can imagine. Her life and her business now spans 3 countries, where she travels to keep in touch with each one and be involved.

Having the ability to be compassionate for others, she shares that, to be successful, never take no for an answer because primarily, you do not have to take no for an answer. Who said it had to be NO, who bothers to go beyond the NO to find out that sometimes there can be a YES, if you pursue it more! Furthermore, she emphasizes that you have to start believing in yourself that you can do everything that you want rather than believing in what others are saying, in particular if they say you can't do it.

The belief that getting more people to think and work like this will create more impact and better enrichment of their lives, and making an impact is her life role.
